「Everything great!」

「Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check...

「For the price absolutely amazing. Me and wife had a concert at utiliia arena and needed somewhere to stay. The city steps may look rundown but for the price it was completely worth it. The room was clean for £40 the price for both of us we had no complaints. 」
