「Property was clean and spacious plus amenities were very good. With kids the Wi-fi wasn’t great which was only down side 」

「Couldn't use any outdoor furniture it was mouldy and looked terrible. No lighting around hot tub so pitch dark. No cleaning materials ie bin liners dish cloth. Had no water for 12 hours. Couldn't shower or flush toilet. No coat hangers- would have been useful but not essential.」

「The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The entire experience was above what you would expect for a relatively cheap three star hotel.」

「Tha staff were very helpful and polite, the hotel is well positioned for access to A1 and local bus route to Town. The room was perfect with plenty of room and an extra large bed. We had dinner in the hotel there was plenty of choice and all freshly cooked, excellent.」

「Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift was out of order for all of our stay which was not good as I have arthritis in both knees, left hip and right shoulder. There were a lot of stairs - this spoilt the holiday slightly for me」

「Run by a lovely, very helpful couple who want your stay to be as good as it can be. Provided parking, excellent breakfasts, helpful local knowledge. The room was very clean and was refreshed & restocked each day. Highly recommended.」
