On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. 「All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. Despite the room not having been planned for use, everything was clean and fully stocked which was impressive. Bed extremely comfy, didn't want to leave! Breakfast being included was great,...

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Kept our luggage until the room was available and after we checked out due to our flight times. Very convenient for the airport.」

「Room was ok but breakfast was a big let down in quality and . Breakfast started at 7am and was cooked to order leaving little time to eat before leaving for my flight. Didn’t have fresh eggs , just fake scrambled egg (yuk). 」

「Room ( i was in No 2 ) was in good decorative order . However there was a Green light permanently on all night by the door that could not be covered / turned off . Additionally when the Water Tank in the bathroom decided to replenish ( quite randomly - not after use ) it sounded like a Helicopter taking off . Very loud , and not conducive to a good nights sleep . 」
