"Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't like needing to use two elevators that required me to use my room key in order to get to my "handicapped" room where there was a regular tub to climb over and a shower head that I could not reach to use without calling my 6 foot spouse to get it off the hook."

"It was a nice, clean hotel. We will say that the mattress was not as comfortable as other mattresses at other Hampton Inns we have become accustomed to. We were achy in the morning and it was difficult to get comfortable. The room was large and lovely. Breakfast was awful, but the coffee and scones were okay. Sticky oatmeal, almost gray potatoes and weird tasting sausage. Location was fantastic for the convention center, but not so much for the French Quarter."

"When I went to pick up my car, the battery was dead. When I asked if they left the lights on, they said they didn't know, they didnt park it."
