"Great breakfast! Great location. Stayed there for a visit to children’s hospital. Carpet was dirty. Our baby’s knees were black after crawling for 5 minutes. All I could see were the streets of Nola on the carpets. But if dirty carpet doesn’t bother you, this place really is very nice! "

"Very old, unrenovated building, difficult to find your room. No instructions posted on how to use the wired elevator. Was surprised to be charged $110 at check out for "location fees" on top of the hotel stay charge. I will never stay here again. "

"Pool area doesn't get cleaned, our riom did not get cleaned nor the beds made, only got clean towels. Location was good."

"Really nice hotel and a PERFECT location. I only have a few small issues that kept this hotel from being top tier. One - the bed and pillows are terrible. Super uncomfortable. Two - No room service. Three - lightbulb in shower was out. Four - Walls were super thin. We could hear the people above us. Plus a few minor inconvenience type things. Again, nothing major. Overall, I would prob stay here again and recommend to others!"

"The room was excellent, minus the dishwasher was not operational. However, everything else was in tip top shape. Breakfast was excellent and the location was right where we wanted to be. "

"Overall score would’ve been a 5 for location, cleanliness, decor, etc; however, I hurt the back of my foot getting off of the bed due to some metal thing sticking out. Parking—find street parking—it’s cheaper especially if you’ll be out most of the day. There’s plenty around the hotel. Pay from 8:30AM-6:30PM—2 hrs max each time but you can update it on an app. Otherwise, hotel valet ($44 daily rate). Although you’re at the convention center, things are walkable within 2 miles—French Quarters, Riverwalk, and Caesar’s Casino. There are two buildings. I believe the attractive room photos are in the other building. Our rooms looked just like any other Hampton. Not bad, but would’ve been nice to experience the tall ceiling retro rooms they have in the photos. "
