「Hallway stayed wet and nasty. Beds were super hard and breakfast was terrible. Our towels were covered in hair ( not ours). The rooms were dated but nice. We had a full refrigerator, sink and microwave. 」

「The property is very old and there are definitely some updates that are needed. Our room was about as clean as it could be, just lots of crevices in places that can’t really be cleaned thoroughly, especially around the jacuzzi tub. There were no places to hang our towels anywhere in the room, just one shelf above the toilet, but no hooks or anything by the jacuzzi, those would be a nice addition. The only other issue is that our room was right next to a mechanical room and every 20-30 minutes...

「The property was in a perfect location next to a little stream. The property was not very clean and a lot of walls and furniture was nicked up. The front desk employees were amazing. The employees at the restaurant were lacking both nights we ate there they told us about the happy hour specials and then they charged us full price both times the first time I left it alone. The second time I requested the refund.」

「We loved our stay at Staybridge Suites. It’s off the busy road, looks newer, it was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was convenient. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping came around every am to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」
