「The reson for the 4 star, noone wants to be abruptly woken on a Saturday morning at 630am with evacuation sirens. Everyone was delirious and had just woken. Not a great start to the day. Everything else is incredible, minie 1 shot of jack with coke in a half glass for $13 yikes.」

「Stayed here for a few days. Property very well kept. It’s not brand new or anything but everything is well taken care of. They take pride in a nice clean place. Rooms are spacious and very clean! 「Breakfast was always delicious and we loved the view. The pool was great for younger children. The hotel was in a quieter area but still close to everything we wanted to do.」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「Very crowded area, hotel room in was clean and very nice, but the rest of the facility like the pool area had plates that were uncleared, a bar area that didn’t feel particularly well kept. And it was loud, drunk people in the hallways late at night. Self parking is quite far from rooms. We ended up switching hotels.」

「It’s a good margaritaville resort as far as Aesthetics . however we never got our body wash dispenser refilled the entire time of our stay, even though we asked repeatedly, we never had enough towels or washcloths, even though we asked repeatedly and had to keep going down and getting them. We never got complementary keurig coffee cups and creamer/sweetener to go with that. The pool was so overly crowded. It was terrible.
