Our room was very clean and we enjoyed our view. I wish the bathroom had a fan in it to use while showering. I loved the trolley services to take you to the park, i wish they offered the services to Dolly’s stampede as well. Also loved the hot tub and pool.

If you plan to go to Dollywood this is the place to stay! Shuttle to and from the park is so convenient! Everyone in your party receives a time saver pass which is a big perk when the park is crowded. Well worth the price of the room!

The HeartSong (and the DreamMore for that matter) is one of the nicest resorts to stay in the beautiful state of Tennessee, because it’s staffed by some of the nicest folks East Tennessee has to offer. The amusement park goes through staffing highs and lows, but Dolly’s resorts take all the best people and make the experience so much more meaningful. Checking in is a breeze (we accidentally got an early check in while getting our trolley pass and time saver passes, which yes you can do that before you even check in). The resort itself has anything and everything you might need so you don’t have to leave or want for anything (although sometimes you might have to pay for it). Easy access to the park and timesavers are an incredible perk, and you’ll never have to worry about a lack of fun things to do even if you stay at the resort. From the time you park until the time you pack and go, you will love your experience here.

This property is out of this world. As someone who typically only travels and high-end hotels, this has quickly become one of our favorites to visit in the country. The general manager is fabulous and every staff member is proud to be working there and takes amazing care of their guests.

Great breakfast buffet and the staff there was amazing. We had great pizza from the cafe and sat in the rocking chairs by the pool to eat it. The fire pits were awesome. Got our tickets to Dollywood at the hotel and they come with a free fast pass - a saving of $60. And a trolly right to the entrance of the park. This hotel was a 10+. We can’t wait to come back.
