「The rooms were exactly as described. The front desk and cleaning staff was friendly and responsive.」

「The room was very nice. The bathroom needs some work. There were no hangers in the bathroom to hang up your clothes on while you shower. The only place that was available was the floor. It would be nice to have a light in the bathroom that was not connected to the fan. Also there needs to be an extra lock on the door. I did not feel safe. Housekeeping could just walk in on you. 」

「It is an older hotel, but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small,but overall it was a great room. The balcony with a view of the river was a good place to relax and listen to the water 」

「Such a cool place to stay and staff was super nice and very accommodating! Only a five minute walk to the island which was very convenient. Would 10/10 recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area!」

「Property was close to lots of attractions and restaurants. A Walgreens was across the street. Hotel was clean and quiet. Not a whole lot of parking options so that was kind of frustrating When the hotel was full. Pool was very small and in the front of the hotel.」

「It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.」
