The pool is what sold us. The hallways and walls were very dirty with stains. The couch inside the room was very dirty. Did not let the kids touch it at all. The elevator button on the 3rd floor is not even in place.

Some renovations were going on the the rooms were clean and the pool and lazy river were very nice. The jets weren't working in the hot tub but it was hot and a nice soak. The breakfast buffet is really nice. This was our second stay and we'll be back again.

When I made my reservation, Sam was very helpful. When my family and I arrived from a long day at Dollywood Sam was very professional and kind asking about our day. Sam apologized profusely for the state of the property due to a new ownership and working to get it up to par again. The lazy River was really cool! My boys loved it. The beds were very comfortable! We had a balcony which was nice to see the lights and hustle and bustle of the strip. Great LOCATION! It did what we needed it to do. I would advise for any upcoming people to give grace and understanding to the property owners. It's a very large property and a lot of work needs to be done to get it up to par.

The room sheets had holes in them! Also blood on the walls which was nasty asf, beds was hard and had holes on walls around the property, we womt be staying here ever again! My 2 yr old and my feet was so dang black from the carpet that i washed our feet and wore shoes the whole time bc ofc our sheets was also black bc rhe carpet is so nasty!

Place a lil bit outdated smell not good maybe because of renovation the stairway down to the pool is a dark that makes my daughter scared to go swimming,we didn’t finish our stay we left 1 day early. The good thing is our view is so pretty from the balcony.

This hotel was terribly run down and does not look like the pictures. Lights do not have covers, outlet covers are incorrectly fitted and damaged. The carpet is torn. The pool was not warm and the pool light was removed and sitting on the edge with the wiring dangling into the pool. Didn't look to see if it was still connected or not. The fitted sheets on the bed were on inside out; it wasn't clear if this is a way to get extra use out of them before washing or if it was someone confused about how to put them on. The pillows were lumpy and didn't really have the consistency of a pillow. Each bed had one semi normal pillow and one normal pillow case with a small lumpy material pillow like thing stuffed in it. The only good thing about the property was the breakfast and the location.

Hot tub was up and running first night we were there. And rest of the time it was broken needs to be fix. And staff needs to make sure it’s clean in the lazy river if someone has a bloody nose.

First odor we were met with in the lobby was the odor of marijuana which was present throughout the hotel. Interior of lobby was a little run down. Elevators were rickety and slow. Room furniture was completely mismatched. Stains on the floor. Peep hole missing tissue paper placed in it to block view. TV would not come on. Beds were uncomfortable pillows old and in poor shape. Sheets stained.Found a tick crawling in the bed. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Bathroom door was peeling apart. Refrigerator glaze everything in it. Pool area was dirty and pool bathroom was plain scary. Dirty over flowing holes in the walls again just scary nasty. Definitely on the list of never again and a lesson on being cheap learned.

Rooms were nice. Beds slept very well. Breakfast was pretty good. Property as a whole was clean. Lazy river was nice and warm. Only complaint was the hot tub wasn't warm at all, but the lazy river made up for it.

The Pictures on website are deceptive. The whole place needs a renovation and is pretty run down. We first checked in the room was dirty, bed was dirty, the night stand was dirty, and the bathroom light was hanging down. 2nd room was smoke-filled and then there was a bug up on top of the ceiling.So then they took us to a third room, and it was barely doable, at least it didn't smell like smoke.It only had the fire alarm hanging from the wall this time. The the elevator looked like it was from the 1920s, and it was last service then with a printout from a computer so dont think that is official. and then all the bathrooms have printouts of a boy and girl restrooms so a little bit freaky, and then we went into their world famous lazy river and that was scary, it could have been a swampland going around all the windows had like green algae around and the bathroom in there had holes in the wall, and the doors didn't lock so Good luck there. The breakfast you might as well go hungry.Otherwise, who knows what could happen?The potatoes were ice cubed , potatoes , and everybody else agreed that it was scary at best. The one thing, when you grow up the elevator and you get off at each floor the hallways are all like construction mode.And then if you need any dirty towels, there's probably like a pot of like 30 of them available.If you want one on the ground , So basicallyso otherwise than that , you know , wow.... the person at the front desk smiled.So I would give it a half a star.

This hotel was extremely dirty. There is mold on the walls they tried to paint over in some places. The walls going to the pool has paint peeling off the walls with a lot of mold exposed. The room was dirty. The hide a bed in the room was old and dirty. I would NOT recommend unless you are on an extreme budget. I will never go back. The staff was friendly but doesn't make up for the dirty ran down conditions of the hotel. The puctures on your website doesn't match the conditions of the hotel

The staff was so RUDE! The fridge didnt work! The pool, omg was nasty!!! We didnt even swim and that's why we booked there, i loved staying there as a kid, bit heck No, Ill never let my kids stay there again!

It looks like a horror movie! Pool area is green and moldy! Elevator broke to the pools and rooms bave holes jn walls! Im going for a refund and cant believe the state has allowed this motels conditions! The pice online are fraudulent pictures!

The indoor pool was not heated. It didn’t look like anyone had taken the time pickup around the whole indoor area. The lazy river was warm , but they only had 3 tubes and 2 of them were flat. The people at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The building was in a major improvement project.

While the amenities listed were available, and the property did indicate it was under renovations, that did not excuse the lack of cleanliness. The bedding was clean but there was still toothpaste splattered on the bathroom mirror, stains on the carpet, rusting railings on the balcony and dirt in all the corners of the bathroom. The pool and lazy river looked much better in photos. My kids were playing with a reusable water balloon that had a magnetic clasp and it collected metal shavings off the bottom of the pool. The breakfast did have a wide range of options and the location was great. I have truly never written a negative review, but sadly the lack of cleanliness here genuinely impacted our stay so that when we extended our vacation we chose an alternate hotel.
