「The room was beautiful and clean. The information about how to maneuver both the parking and hotel were terrible. There was no one and nothing in print to direct us to where we needed to be. This was annoying and tiring. It ended up.costimg.us money we should not have had to spend.」

「The property was very undated and beautifully decorated. The landscaping outside was very well done also. We have stayed in some so so places in Pigeon Forge but after staying at Riverstone Resort we wont stay anywhere else. The price is very reasonable too especially with all the amenities it has to offer. 」

「The room was very nice. The bathroom needs some work. There were no hangers in the bathroom to hang up your clothes on while you shower. The only place that was available was the floor. It would be nice to have a light in the bathroom that was not connected to the fan. Also there needs to be an extra lock on the door. I did not feel safe. Housekeeping could just walk in on you. 」
