We booked a room at this hotel because they had a bar and we needed a sleeper sofa. The bar was closed and the staff wouldn't say why and didn't care. We got to the room and there was no queen sleeper sofa as advertised on expedia. We messaged the front desk and they never responded. We did not stay. We came back from eating and checked out. There was not enough room for us to sleep there. Booked a room nearby outside of expedia ap. Expedia needs to refund us.

The family suites were very spacious for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). That is all the positives to say. The adjoining rooms, neither had extra bedding for the sleeper sofas, in which we would obviously need with our traveling group. First morning, took shower and no body wash in the shower. No biggie; jumped out and used my own. Went to dry off, and got two towels (one for my hair and one for my body). The towels were folded nicely under the sink. When I separated the two towels; there was an abundance of dark, curly hairs. I called for my husband who went to the front desk. They had no extra towels for me to use and did not understand the problem. I used my niece’s towel to dry off. It wasn’t until we were gone that we got replacement towels. The pillows and sleeper sofas have stains on them. No extra bedding or pillow cases. The breakfast is not great. Don’t waste your time with this! Watery eggs, not enough food for the amount of guests. The bananas are cut in half to portion them out. Not to mention, management is not onsite for additional issues we encountered. We have stayed here a few times before and will not be back. We watched two families deal with stolen items while they stayed. Watched the so called “housekeeping” (young man) look like he cleaned our rooms. He left the room 2-3 times while cleaning and never came back with anything to stock or clean with. Staff are shady! Will not stay again.

Overall I have never went to a hotel where you don't get to check in till 4:00 it's always been 3:00 which is kind of weird we had no heat in our room all it was was air you couldn't even play with the buttons on the air to make it heat so we had to unplug it and plug it back in and the next day so that we didn't get charged for that my experience I will never go back there never I don't know how it gets a 9.3 star but it does and I don't know why other than that I'm good I'll go to a different hotel next time..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ramsey Hotel. We really loved the 24 hour pool & hot tub the most! It is a great location on the main strip & easy access to all the fun Pigeon Forge has to offer. We will be staying there again very soon!

The room was comfortable and clean. However, housekeeping would contact us in the morning sometimes before we left for breakfast. One day I asked him to come back in 5 minutes as we were just leaving for breakfast then. He stared at me perplexed, never responded, and never came back. Also, the website said it had laundry facilities onsite. I planned for this so I could pack lighter and just do wash once. Upon arrival I asked and it was out of service and in the week I stayed never repaired. I had to spend part of my vacation going to a laundromat. A simple email notifying me would have prevented this.

Our stay was okay. The staff were nice and the breakfast buffet was mediocre nothing special. The thought of a hot tub and pool open for 24hrs sounds nice but it did not live up to the expectations. The pool area looked dirty and the water itself was smelly and cloudy. The rooms looked neat at first but when you turn on the lights you can see all the dust everywhere and stains on the chairs.

Property is old and in need of a remodel (they say it’s coming soon). Breakfast was fine. We had an issue with our toilet and they didn’t want to resolve it. There was no communication and somehow we were the inconvenience to them. Night staff specifically were unprofessional and rude about the ordeal.

Si buscas un hambiente calido, navideño y amabilidad oues este es el lugar perfecto. El linaje de las camas y las toallas super limpias , sin embargo le hace falta un poquito de limpieza en general( pasillos, elevador). El desayuno un 6 de 10 pero esta localizado en un area centrica asi que tienes mas opciones alrededor. Volveria sin dudas a hospedarme con mi familia. Ana (front desk) es increiblemente profesional y amable.

The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I loved how the guest would gather around the fire place in their pjs. It fealt so homey and peaceful. Totally recommend will come back for sure.
