"My stay at Omni Richmond Hotel was overall a nice experience. The location is great and very convenient for exploring Richmond. The only thing that always confuses me is paying for parking at a hotel I already paid to stay at. Luckily, we found parking across the street for $6 and ended up paying only $12 total instead of $45, which was a win. The elevator was a little scary because it jerked when moving and the doors closed a bit abruptly. Our room itself was nice, but the air conditioning didn’t work as expected. We set it to 69 because we’re both dealing with hot flashes and wanted the room cooler, but it never actually felt that cool. It may be a centralized setting for all rooms, or it simply wasn’t working properly. We didn’t call the front desk since it was late. Even with those issues, every staff interaction I had was lovely, and the customer service was warm and welcoming. We didn’t get a chance to check out the heated pool or other amenities this time, but we would definitely come back for another stay."

"There is no spa/hot tub even though there’s pictures online saying there’s one. There’s even a sign inside the building saying spa. That was a lie. There signs saying vending machines when there aren’t any on the 3rd floor. Just overall bad experience and I will never stay here again "

"The staff was very helpful, and the room was well maintained. I enjoyed my stay and will use this location again. The only thing that I did not like was that the ICE machine on the FIRST (1) floor was not repaired or replaced. The second (2) floor ICE machine did not work either. PLEASE repair these or replace them so we do not have to go to the third floor for ICE, thanks!"

"Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were in Richmond for a meetup with a bunch of college buddies and spouses. Totally blown away as soon as we drove up to hotel. And even more impressed after we entered. Staff was wonderful and attentive. Fabulous shower. Highly recommended. "

"The hotel is going through a renovation which was not disclosed to us when booking. The resturant and bar were closed. We rode in the "service" elevator 90% of the time. There is tile missing on the floors which is a trip hazard. Construction materials/equipment throughout. Wont go back unless thye reach out to us with an offer to give us another chance to visit when renovationtiosn are complete."

"I will definitely be back to this awesome hotel. The hotel staff was nice, the whirlpool was clean and therapeutic. In addition, the pool was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious."

"Absolutely awful experience at the Graduate Richmond, especially for a room that cost over $300 a night. The bathroom was filthy when we arrived — dusty, grimy, and just plain nasty. Conditioner was completely empty. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. For the price they charge, basic cleanliness should not be optional. Dust all over the shelves in the Suite, and just all around did not look clean or turned over properly   The valet staff was horrible as we were leaving.  Rude, Disorganized, unhelpful, and made an already frustrating stay even worse. To top it all off, I was charged twice for the same room, and nobody there could give me a straight answer on how to fix it. Being double-charged for an already overpriced room and then getting no real help is completely unacceptable. I also paid extra for breakfast and never received it. So not only was the room dirty and the service terrible, but I was charged for things I didn’t even get. For over $300 a night, this place was a complete disappointment. Dirty room, terrible service, billing issues, and zero accountability. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone."
