「My husband and I came to this hotel after leaving another due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of another. It was a breath of fresh air. The elevator even smelled better. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Cute little Bluey stickers or the toilet paper and tissues (we don't even have kids and we thought it was cute). The shower was huge and really nice. Definitely wish we would've stayed here both of our nights in VA.」

「Cleanliness of the property was good, and the meal options — particularly the evening Kickback — were a welcome addition. The staff was also very helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend removing the wall-to-wall carpeting in guest rooms and replacing it with area rugs or hard-surface flooring to further enhance cleanliness standards. The carpet in the living room area of my room was stained, which unfortunately detracted from the overall impression of the space. I experienced a similar...

「Staff was friendly, and the outside of the hotel was well-maintained. But the inside and the rooms are all very dated at this point. Everything looks like it's the original TV, furniture, fixtures, etc. The mattresses were very lumpy and lopsided. Was clean enough, but everything just feels old. Again, the staff was good, the breakfast was also just fine.」

「We had a very pleasant stay at Residence Inn Richmond Midtown/Glenside in Richmond, Virginia. The hotel was in a great location, only around 8 minutes driving distance from our daughter’s apartment, which made it very convenient for us. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the great complimentary breakfast each morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay in any Residence Inn.」
