"What a lovely gem of a boutique inn! Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, the VMFA and one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Richmond. This place exudes southern hospitality and charm. Amazing wine and cheese, amazing breakfast, and just amazing all around. We will be back!"
"The key did not work for the door after we went to get something to eat. and could not find anybody at front desk to deal with it. Had to find somewhere else to sleep. When we came the next morning to let them know, there was no remorse or compensation for it. "

"This is one of my top 5 favorite stays. Definitely a gem in the cut, the rooms were so clean and comfortable and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The property is well maintained and the room was spotless. We enjoyed grabbing a drink by the bar down in the lobby and sitting outside by the fire pit. They had some nice bars nearby which we enjoyed. I would definitely re book there again. Everything is nearby, overall it was a highly pleasant stay. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff, your customer service was highly exceptional."
