"Nice, clean room for a reasonable price in downtown Richmond. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a little bit of a problem since there was an event going on in the nearby convention center. The lots that the staff pointed us to were full and we had to find another one. Also, the restaurant was closed the day we checked in and they weren’t sure if it would be open for breakfast the next day. It turns out that it was but by time we got down there it had already stopped serving breakfast. But I recommend if all you need is a reasonably priced clean room in a convenient location, which was the case for us."

"Great location. Room spacious and clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff friendly. We didn’t use any amenities. I wish breakfast went until 10 especially for a Sunday. It was done by 9:30 so we didn’t get a chance to eat at the hotel before getting on the road. "

"Apparently if you don't show up by 9PM they give your room away to someone else. They did this to me. I ended up having to drive an hour away to find somewhere to sleep. Be warned - a reservation here, even if you've paid in full, doesn't mean they won't give away your room in a heartbeat if they get busy. Horrible experience. "
