Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The room was spacious and well appointed. We had a corner room with plenty of windows and light. It was also quiet and away from the elevator/traffic. My only complaint is that the in-room air conditioning unit was very loud and disruptive to our sleep. Otherwise, we had a delightful stay.

Eric, the Valet Supervisor, was extremely helpful with parking and restaurant recommendations. The suite was spacious and clean. Check in was easy and the location is in walking distance to many restaurants. The cons, there seems to only be one chef so eating at the hotel was unavailable. The elevators are very small. Can only fit 2-3 people max and luggage if not too big. Also the windows to the building need a good cleaning. They had a lot of web and dust buildup. Overall, I would stay there again for the comfort of the room and friendliness of Eric.

Not much to recommend this place. Small elevator, food cold, cold shower plumbing didn't work well. Room was reasonable clean. For the price and atmosphere stay at the Jefferson Hotel. Not an historic hotel. Not even a brochure explaining the history. I had to ask! They're not very proud of their hotel! I'll never stop Ay again stay at the Jefferson a well run hotel.

First, the guy at the valet was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic, very comfortable. The restaurant food was great except they didn't receive their beer delivery so the beer options were limited. The elevators are a small but I would expect that in an old building. Check in and check took a total of 4 minutes combined. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are excellent!!! The hotel just seems to be falling apart in places - especially when you look at window frames and outside the windows. We had some mold on our curtains which makes sense with the AC unit right under. Just kinda damp rooms and unfortunately the shower had no pressure.

The suite was large and beautifully appointed. The food from the on-site restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. On the downside, the air conditioning in the living room portion of the suite did not cool (we reported it, but maintenance was not available). And the next morning, we discovered that the shower was broken. The handle to cut on the shower simply did not work so we were unable to have a shower that morning before traveling.

Great location. You're an easy drive or walk to anything you want to do in Richmond. The suites are enormous and worked perfectly for our family of 3. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. Valet parking is convenient and the overall stay was excellent. Will definitely stay here again Thanks!
