"I arrived around midnight on Friday. I had a reservation. The clerk gave me the key card. I was pleased to have a downstairs room. I got into the room and realized that the smoke alarm was beeping about every 20 seconds. Sleep would have been impossible, so I went back to the clerk. She suggested that I hit the reset on the alarm. I got up on a low dresser and did so, and I was able to sleep through the night. I didn't ask the day crew to fix it, so it was beeping again on Saturday...
