「When I pulled up to the entrance, I saw a lady arriving with a bag of food. I thought nothing of it. When I went to the check-in desk, there was no attendant. I called out, looked around, and in the dining area--no one responded. I thought this is weird, so I waited, and after about ten minutes, the lady I watched entering the lobby with a bag of food was actually the customer service attendant. I'm guessing she left to get food or had someone deliver food to her in the parking lot. She...
