"Thank you for a great stay! The Abigail Inn is essentially a bed-and-breakfast. It is in a wonderful location for those who are visiting Lexington, Virginia, Washington and Lee University, or Virginia Military Institute. The included breakfast was honestly one of the best breakfasts of my life! "

"We so enjoyed staying at this inn. We didn’t know it was in a country club with access to several of the amenities of the club. The room was beautiful, the innkeeper was very accommodating and any of the staff we ran into were lovely. A short drive to the closest metro station, we spent a day in DC, & the 2nd day in the rolling hills of northern VA in wine country where we had good wines & enjoyed a lovely dinner at a recommend spot. We would stay here again. "

"A lovely place! Brigette is a sweet lady who knows how to run a wonderful B&B! Her home is spotless and so simply and beautifully decorated. The land the home is on has beautiful trees. The best part of it all was the breakfast. Regretfully, we could only stay 1 night so we only got to experience it once. It started with a slightly sweet raspberry, blueberry, and green apple fruit salad, lightly sweetened with maple syrup. It didn’t taste like syrup but made the fruit slightly sweet. ...

"We were extremely pleased with our recent stay at Silver Lake B&B. Innkeepers Rob and Kayla could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. We felt like family, the moment we walked in. We booked the 2br suite for two adults and two teenagers, and were quite comfortable. The area is strikingly beautiful and convenient to downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University.
