The desk clerk was amazing! She understood the logistics of how to place guests.
Children and pets in designated rooms and having people traveling solo or couples on the upper level!!!! I usually have to request this but this 20 plus year hospitality veteran knew this!

Elevator broken. Charged twice.Two false alarm fire drills during a three day stay. No housekeeping. Night-time staff was clueless. Food on second day was sparse and still frozen. Second room for kids was completely wrong and they didn't fix it when we asked. Overall, worst stay I've ever had in a hotel.
