"The toilet didn’t flush no one was around to help. We literally had to use the outside bathrooms. The staff kicked us out and was extremely rude after being minutes behind check out. This place wouldn’t be worth 20$ a night, don’t waste your money here."

"We booked three rooms. Upon arrival, one room was fine; the air conditioning in one room didn’t work, and the door to the third room was unlocked and open with the room smelling like marijuana. The manager was unable to move into other rooms or another best western property, so we booked rooms at the embassy suites across the parking lot and checked out. Lots of hassle and stress on college graduation weekend!"
