「This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car.」

「The place was very clean and nice. Central location to food places and shopping.」

「Just stunning」

「Hotel was very clean. A very nice location. I would stay there again.」

No toiletries kit, built in closet and coffee station typical of the new Fairfield’s. Tried to call front desk by the phone line was CUT! When I asked above toiletries kit the front desk person informed me they didn’t have them because they were a smaller property. Housekeeping not regularly and trash...
