"The property was safe, but the rooms aren’t very soundproof and I had some noisy neighbors. I didn’t spend a lot of the time in the hotel since I was traveling so it’s not a big deal for me… but anyone looking for a lot of quiet time, this might not be the place for you! I booked through hotels.com and there were some issues with my reservation, but the front desk attendant took care of it. I always had fresh towels, hot water and a cleaned out trash can. Location is close to a lot of places to eat, shop and is easy to access highways and downtown. I will likely stay again for price and convenience!"

"Room was not cleaned to proper conditions, bed sheets were soiled and room still had trash bins full. Bathroom was not cleaned and when brought to the attention of staff they were not customer friendly. It was a struggle and professionalism was below standard. Do not recommend staying at this location. "

"Our room was adequate. The heating unit worked very well and relatively quietly. The flooring was in disrepair with several boards loose and chipped. The water temperature for showering was only lukewarm. The bathroom sink stopper did not work, There was no hair dryer. The breakfast was disappointing. It closed at 9:30, and we arrived at 8:45. Two of the main items were no longer available [sausage and biscuits]. There was much trash along the parking lot curbs. Based on our stay, the Hotels.com rating is too high."

"We were rather disappointed with our on-night stay, to be honest. We were expecting more from staying at an Omni Hotel. The room had a bad smell from the carpeting. The mattress sagged, and the bedding was only a thin woven blanket between flat sheets, not unlike the kind you get at the ER. The bathtub drain was clogged. We told reception staff about the clogged drain during check-out, and they took $20 off our bill."
