"This hotel is in a convenient location on the beach. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly. Parking is sufficient. The one wrinkle is housekeeping. In the morning, I specifically requested that housekeeping make our beds and empty the trash. The staff responded that all rooms are done daily. When we returned in the evening, the beds were still unmade and the trash still full. The last guest’s used coffee bag was still in the coffee machine. That said, the property is well maintained and in other aspects, the room was clean."

"I had a great stay at the AC Hotel Arlington. The service was excellent from start to finish. The waitstaff at breakfast on Saturday morning were attentive and friendly, and a special shoutout to the waitress who helped me and my friends on Friday (4/17) — she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The rooms and overall hotel were very clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Great service all around. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I got insurance in case I had to cancel unfortunately I had to cancel due to an illness. The insurance will not reimburse me. The hotel would not reimburse me and neither with the hotel if this hotel thinks I’m gonna give them a good rate. They are crazy."
