"The hotel is undergoing renovations. I understand the noise, drapes and workers — what was frustrating was the inability to reach the hotel by phone. Nothing would connect until the day I was arriving. The staff stated they are having phone issues. I also wish there was more than one worker at check in or checkout since it was busy and crowded due to construction. The room was excellent, clean and a great view. Staff was kind and helpful. "
