"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the gentleman who checked me in offered me so great options of what I could order around the area and had also offered me water when he noticed that was running on empty and tired after I came to this hotel last minute when I ran into issues with my original hotel booking down the street. "The front desk was very helpful at check-in by upgrading us to a top floor room. However, the room was very poorly configured so we couldn't watch the TV from the bed. There were no recycling bins, nor was there an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Free breakfast is always a plus, but the selection here was average at best."
