「You can tell immediately that the desk people aren’t happy to be there, for whatever reason. But to have no enthusiasm, to not offer us the free 2 bottles of water (only when we tried to buy two bottles did she mention we get the bottles), to not know when the breakfast closes…the professionalism is just not there.」

「Room was clean, but needed some obvious repairs. ie. door into back yard hard to open and close; area around air conditioner in poor repair; Didn't have any contact with the cleaning staff. We did have a call from the manager when we first arrived and she was very helpful」

Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!」

「The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. 」

「Beautiful property but my room was right above the train tracks! The trains kept honking all night every time they drove by - it totally disrupted my sleep. I’d recommend supplying earplugs in the future. 」

「The service was exceptional, with very attentive and welcoming staff. The property is clean and extremely well maintained. One of the highlights for us was the pool area: excellent service, a very large pool with two waterslides, plus two additional adults-only pools. A shuttle service to the beach is provided, and there is also an on-site water taxi pier (#5), which made it easy and enjoyable to explore the surrounding areas. The food was excellent as well. We will definitely be returning!」
