「Excellent resort. Comfortable beds and rooms. The pool was really well laid out with spaces for families and couples alike. The restaurants were excellent. Buffet breakfast was so fresh and well stocked. Cocktails were delicious. The beach is beautiful. Unfortunately the water was a bit rough during our stay, so we mostly stayed by the pool. We would love to return in the future. 」

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「Property is ok but is due an update. Staff was friendly but had trouble getting towels, rags and soap. We ran out of soap and only received 2 towels and 2 rags every night when we booked 5 people in the room. 」

「Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend staying here. The room was not clean or sanitary — I found a roach in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. It made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe the entire time. When I reported it to the front desk, the service was just as bad as the room. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and instead of properly resolving the issue, they made the situation more stressful. At first, they refused to refund me at all. Then they...

「Ocean and city view, room was super nice and clean. Nice that beach chairs were included with stay and the staff were all super friendly and kind. Extra bonus was complimentary sangrias at the front desk! The pool was nice and warm and drinks were available. They also had a salon and wellness center to do yoga. I would go stay here again!」
