「Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. 「I really wanted to like this place. My husband and I enjoy small hotels and we had a good stay here 15 years ago. Sadly, it has suffered from neglect. The poolside furniture was incredibly uncomfortable and sparse. The hotel is directly on the water (a lagoon) and advertises free use of their kayaks. However, all but one were broken and unusable. The unit was fully equipped and had a beautiful view, bed were super comfy. The appliances need to be replaced imo. The pool needed to be cleaned also but all in all I felt like it was worth the money. Would return.」
