「Amazing stay in Amara Cay」

「On the positive… The room was spacious The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. However…. What was once a beautiful property is suffering from neglect. There is a lack of maintenance and investment in the facility. The floor of my room had a maze of black marks on it. The finish on the furniture was chipped and scratched. The towel bar in the shower was rusted. The towel bar on the wall was falling off. The toilet seat was coming off. The gate to the pool would...

「I could not recommended Pines and Palms enough - it was spotlessly clean, everyone was super friendly and it was so nice and peaceful. The pool area is fabulous and there’s access to free paddle boards and kayaks etc - we were really sad to leave!」

「Can't get over just how charming the room was. It was immaculate & the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They provided beach towels and kayaks, paddleboards, etc which was a plus. We were very comfortable & extremely pleased. Highly recommend!!」

「The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so.」

「Love this property! Our family had the most amazing time in the villas. The location is great and the property is really well kept with amazing staff. We enjoyed the pool, the kids game area, pickle ball and relaxing in the home. Highly recommend!!」

「All good! People need to understand the ocean seaweed and smell is uncontrollable by the hotel. We lived that they had kayaks to take out, beach volleyball, hammocks and a kid playground; all that we adults could sit outside the room and supervise the kids. Also pool was nice and clean. Will be back and next time with the boat!」

「The hotel was in the mist of redoing it's landscaping by adding gaint palm trees and some new boat docks, but it didn't interfere with the overall feel of the place. We enjoyed the free paddle boards and pool. Its also located on a beautiful part of the Keys」

「We were in the 21-year old and older section. Building #7. Balcony size was amazing and the views were great! Super clean room. And it was a very comfortable stay. Love to come back!」

「The entry doors locks make me nervous very outdated. Also, requesting room service should be easier. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean.」
