「The room was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Any issues were corrected immediately. Staff was always responsive and helpful. The only issue was: At this time of the year there is an issue with the smell coming from decaying seaweed in the bay which creates an odor in the beach and pool area. The odor subsided after the 3rd day. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation. TG」

「Front desk, grounds crew, housekeeping and bartender are all friendly and helpful. Front desk team and bartender were attentive to our requests. Grounds crew was always busy keeping the property maintained and looking good. They even kept the beach cleaned up from seaweed and debris. The location is great with many good restaurants within a few miles and a couple within easy walking distance. This is our "go to" place in the Keys. Our many stays have always been great and we hate to leave.」

「Spectacular and quiet place」

「Accommodations were spacious and modern. Unfortunately it was not cleaned thoroughly. We overlooked it as the beds and bathrooms were better. Walls and kitchen appliances had handprints, floor was a little dirty and trash was not picked off the floor. However the space was beautiful and the use of the main resort was absolutely amazing. We definitely feel how we found things cannot be the norm. We fell in love with the main resort and will definitely go back in the future.」

「We try and go every year to The Hadley because of the balcony view to the ocean and we love to jet ski as well. The issue I have with The Hadley is the extra visitors (roaches) that come out at night which we never before had this issue. I don't think we will be returning there anymore. We have been going there almost every year and everytime we are there, there is an issue with either stove doesn't work, A/C issues, roaches, We don't really understand why we are charged a fee every day for...

「The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so.」
