「It was perfect for our family. The pools were great. The views were awesome. Breakfast was delicious and very quick. I would 100% stay here again and when we make our yearly trip to the keys, this is the first place to book on the list.」

「Thw hotel is not what it used to be. Smell terrible . Fans in all thr floors due to leaks . Room service is ordered now through text .」

「Our biggest complaint was that there were only six lounge chairs and three umbrellas by the Pool area which overlooked the ocean. Obviously, we had to wait for someone to leave. The Pool deck area was the resorts most attractive amenity and it was not adequately equipped. Unfortunately, we would not recommend or return to this resort.」

I know it's not their fault, but they really should update their socials or send emails to let people know what's going on in case they want to make changes to their trips. 「Worked for us traveling with our 14 y/o grandson. Clean inside. Dock area and ramp looked a bit shaky. Pool looked nice. Close to restaurants and marinas. Staff was nice and ala Carter breakfast was a nice touch!」

「Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, and the rooms were modern, updated, and exceptionally clean. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and it was clear the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in top condition. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded. We were especially impressed by how quiet and peaceful it was throughout our stay. Book the room. It is worth it!」

「The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so.」
