This property is in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and bars. They have 2 very nice pools to choose from. The canal view room we had was very spacious and the balcony was very large to watch boats and nature pass by. The room fridge/freezer was just about full size which made it nice to keep leftovers and lots of drinks. Air conditioning was perfect temp and parking is included in your stay and ample. We also got to use the sister property's amenities which is called The Islander. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Jass the manager is wonderful! We will be back next season with our whole family! Thank you for a very memorable stay!

We were very satisfied with our room. Our only issue was with the people staying below us. They were very loud and very drunk. However, that is no reflection on the Inn.

This place was far below expectations! Dozens of unsupervised children running around at all hours of the night screaming, party music every night until 2:30am, people banging on the room door all night for fun, shower didn’t drain and left you in 4” of gross water in just a few minutes, room was outdated, had to unplug the tv because it turned itself off and on all night long (never worked properly), no fan in the room or bathroom, and worst of all… we watched a woman proposition a couple in the parking lot for a threesome which later turned out to be the hotel’s cleaning lady. We would have stayed somewhere else but were stuck in the area for a wedding and had nowhere else available. Would not recommend!!

Personally wasn’t sure that the quality of the property was worth almost $500 for the two nights that I was there. It was little things here at there; a few hairs found on the extra towels and pillows, the floor left my feet feeling dirty when walking barefoot, the microwave and coffee maker could’ve been cleaned again as well as some other small areas here and there. I was out of the room for most of the time so it was moreso just a place where I could crash and then leave so even bringing the concerns to staff wasn't too important to me, however I felt that these critiques were small enough to have not been there. Staff was great though especially the gentleman at check in (Eduardo) and I loved the view of the boats and water to wake up to :) Overall pretty decent hotel if you’re just using it to sleep but probably not the best for those looking for a lot of complimentary resort amenities or something with a lot to do.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that made it hard to relax or feel comfortable. The bathroom was just as bad — the shower was leaking, and there was absolutely no hot water, which made it impossible to properly shower. It felt like basic maintenance and cleanliness were completely overlooked. What made things even worse was the lack of customer service. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. There was also no one available to help in person, which was incredibly frustrating. Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the condition of the room and the complete lack of support, I would not recommend staying here.

The pictures on Expedia look lovely. However, upon arrival we were directed to another building that was literally falling apart. The doors didn’t close, loose tiles everywhere, dust and more dust, a bathroom door that locks you in, filthy walls, floors, a fridge that looked like it came from someone’s dumpster, red/orange water came out of the faucets and the shower. All in all- a terrible place. The fact that we were directed to stay in a place that should have been condemned, while there was a cute hotel connected to the office. Not sure why this hotel would allow anyone to stay in the dirty, falling apart, dangerous building wish I could get a refund! What a shame!

The noise level was out of control, literally woken up to children yelling and running outside of my room at 3 in the mornings. Zero water pressure, but it got warm. Very small room. Nice dock and friendly staff though, so it was okay for a night but would not spend more than that.

A good place for a short stay. The staff is very friendly. Room was clean and they welcomed our Shih Tzu. It is definitely more of a motel environment and the property is old and undergoing some renovations. If you have loud neighbors, you’ll have to sleep with an extra pillow over your head.

The staff, place, everything was great. Just some irrationals guest let children play and screening around …3 am.. believe me 3:00 am.. l couldn’t believe. Children under 11-10 years old play and yelling around 3:00 am.. ridiculous !!

This is right up against the road, so the noise is pretty bad. The air conditioning blows like a wind tunnel. The bathroom looks like it was recently updated in the 1980s. And hot is on the right at least on this room. The icing on the cake was the kids playing in the pool late at night and there was of course no one there to tell them to stop because the office closes down at 7:00 p.m.

Hotel is 2 separate buildings, one down the street which we were in but not notified about prior. This building appears to be under renovation without a pool or water view. All rooms are along busy, loud A1A. AC barely work and water pressure is minimal.

We enjoyed our stay at Creekside Inn and it was in a beautiful location. The only downside is that the staff were only available for limited hours during the day. After hours, we could not reach anyone at the phone number posted on the office door.
