「We had a great 2 night staff over Spring Break. My kids used the 2 paddle boards, also used the bikes to ride the neighborhood. We loved the pool overlooking the ocean. Room 10 was beautiful. Overlooks the pool. Great 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Very spacious with 1.5 bathrooms. It was better than expected. Very family friendly and felt very safe. We would stay here again.」

「The rooms are the only plus. They are clean. The breakfast consist of one kind of cereal and frozen breakfast sandwich you microwave. The property is really run down and the bar is not open when they report the hours 」

「Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed.」

「You can tell the hotel is older. It’s surface level clean. My kids had fun at the pool & hot tub though. We had to take our dirty towels to the office & requested clean ones. The restaurant attached has a limited menu. It’s basically bar food. The staff at the hotel & restaurant staff was amazing!!」

「ac was good rooms clean, however if you own a boat & are going fishing don't launch on marthon Island, 70$ to go on marthon, go south to big pine, free to launch. watch out for rip offs on marthon including this motel! 」

「This little resort was perfect. Was low key & had everything we needed to enjoy a nice boys trip. Boat rental prices were definitely some of the best around. Been visiting this place for 3 yrs now & try & make it at least twice a year. The key deer is definitely a treat to be around them almost always. 」
