「Great location in Key Largo, nice balcony with a canal view. The rooms were OK, helpful stuff, good bedding, clean overall. Good price point. However, this is a multiple story townhouse type of accommodation, with bedroom on the top (3rd) floor. There is no elevator to get you to the main floor and then carrying my luggage up there through a narrow and steep stairs could be a challenge, as it was for me.」

「This place was so cute! We stayed in Cottage 6 and while it's on the smaller side it waa clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The little animals and colorful lights all over the property were cute. There were even real parrots in our yard. We enjoyed the little beach and watching people fish off the pier. Breakfast was great and we loved that they had kayaks and beach stuff to use.」

「While some things definitely need updating, the room was extremely clean which is the most important thing. Check in was friendly and easy. The views from the grounds are outstanding. Great place to watch the sunset. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables to enjoy the outside area. We would stay here again.」

「Hair on pillows. Add 10 minutes to get hot shower water. Paper thin walls. We heard conversations and loud partying at night. Air conditioner kicks on and it sounds like a rocket launch. The room gets very cold and then hot. Furniture is worn in the room and lobby. Forget the 6:30 AM breakfast. At 6:40 AM the lights were off, no food was out and the set up person ignored us. RUN.」

「We booked our stay for the weekend. The property was perfect for a quiet couples getaway. There are two docks to watch the sunset and boats. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves both nights. The bed was comfortable but there are no curtains, only blinds. It’s easy to see right into the room from one window and the bright exterior light shone in our room all night. There was only a trickle of water pressure from the shower the first night and even less the second night. I wouldn’t recommend...

「The service was poor all around and the food was not fresh like you'd expect for the price and at a “resort.” The staff admitted the “fresh squeezed, orange juice“ was not fresh and from a can the guacamole was also from a can and not made out of actual fresh guacamoles. The menu variety was lacking, and the beach area was very small and limited as to where you could swim. I would not recommend.
