「We had a wonderful stay! Although our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled check-in time, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The excellent service more than made up for the delay, and we truly appreciated how well we were taken care of. We would happily stay here again.」

「The room was spacious and very clean, the hotel is very nice and the restaurant Reel Cath was wonderful, the food was amazing! The hotel is pet friendly and we could enjoy our stay with our little dog. My son, my husband and I spent a few wonderful days!! 😊」

「The whole staff was discriminating from start to finish. From the moment of check in the staff had a look on their faces like they didn’t want to be there or at least with us. We saw them treat other guests with smiles and pleasantry until it came to us. None of the restaurants or amenities opens until 11am, so if you want breakfast early in the morning you better go to Starbucks. 「Can't get over just how charming the room was. It was immaculate & the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They provided beach towels and kayaks, paddleboards, etc which was a plus. We were very comfortable & extremely pleased. Highly recommend!!」
