「Overall a very nice resort. We had stayed at an Autograph Collection property before in Kuaui and loved it. While this property was nice, it wasn’t really comparable. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work (staff did resolve that issue quickly). The USB plugs on one end table were broken and unusable. There was only one hook for towels in the bathroom so we were constantly having to move them around. While nice, I don’t think it was worth the cost and won’t stay again. 」

「Nice location, confusing bill, lots of up charges, only valet parking$, no complementary coffee$, forced tip/service charge on all food and drink$, food and drink prices ++$$. Towel return charges ++ without an accurate system. 」

「Room was awesome, resort was beautiful, loved the patio outside of our room, and enjoyed free popsicles by the pool. The only thing that left something to be desired was the gym it was good, but not great. 」

「This was a wonderful place to stay in Islamorada! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They allow dogs so we were able to bring our Maltipo. Pool, restaurant, roosters, all were perfect. You also get to go to their other properties which were amazing. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect! We are already planning our next trip. 」

「The studio oceanview room had an amazing view. The room felt old and out dated with alot of wear, cracked floors and missing closet doors. I broke my toe on the door stop they left on the floor for the missing door to close against. I have to remove the screws from the floor myself so no one else got injured in it. The mattress in the pull out couch is not very comfortable as the springs are shot and poke out. We did not receive our breakfast we ordered ahead of time on the app. We had to ask...
