The property is in a great location; the views are unmatched. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy.
What keeps this property from being a resort is the housekeeping schedule and not letting guests know that there will be no housekeeping, and no refills on things like toilet paper and coffee, and your garbage would not be emptied. We arrived on Monday, and we drank the K-cups on Tuesday before heading out for the day. By Wednesday, when we had not seen any housekeeping service. I reached out to guest services via text about 9:30am and was told by Christina that since we were only staying 4 nights, we would not receive housekeeping services. I was disappointed and was not informed of this policy at check-in or at the time of booking on Expedia. I then went to the lobby to find coffee, while there I stopped at the front desk and was told I could have a "reset" of towels, toilet paper, coffee, garbage pick-up etc. but not a full service. Perfect, I thought. We went on with our day and I returned to the room a couple of times and still nothing. Finally, we had run out of Kleenex that we were using as toilet paper, so I reached out again to see if we could at least get some toilet paper. By this time, it is almost 6pm. Finally, someone brings us a single roll of toilet paper and a plastic bag with 4 towels in it. That was the extent of housekeeping that we received. Our garbage was never emptied our entire stay.
