It's cheap and a place to stay. It's clean. But you feel like you stepped back to the 80's. Road is very noisy and the pictures make it look nicer than it is.

I arrived late at night in a lightning storm, and not knowing if I’d found the right place. The lady who checked me in, Adria, went above and beyond, came out to the parking lot and found my car and showed me to the office. ☺️ Wonderful service!

Not willing to accommodate a refund. Not what we were expecting. Just wanted to go home and end my misery staying in Key Largo. Felt stuck because they wouldn’t refund. Worst three days. Terrible customer service.
