"We stayed for a long weekend to attend my graduation. We generously received a room upgrade which was very kind and allowed us a bit more space to get ready and relax afterwards. "Im a returning customer to this hotel and am very happy there. The staff are really friendly and happy to help always. The rooms have everything needed. A safe, tea/coffee making, iron, fridge and hairdryer. Very clean rooms with lovely shampoo and conditioner! Breakfast is all you need and it's £10 per person at the moment. Where can you get that in london?? A great baggage storage if you want to make use of your last day. They also have a lovely bar with most drinks served., with a very friendly atmosphere. Ive not used the restaurant as i dont eat meat theres only one dish i can eat, so no choice there for me. If there were better veggie choices i would use it. I will be back soon!"

"Breakfast was great. Staff was excellent, courteous and friendly. Room could of had a mini fridge and a bigger table. Bar was good. Easy access from airport to hotel. Had a great time visiting London and its surroundings. Love to stay at holiday inns. Thank you. "
