"If a hotel/motel charges a deposit, which most do, then Hotels.com discloses the deposit amount when booking. This is transparent and good business practice. However, when booking this room, no deposit was specified - in fact nothing about a deposit was specified. As I had my wallet stolen earlier that day, I booked the room at the Sleepy Traveler using my hotels.com rewards and specifically chose this motel because a deposit wasn’t specified so I assumed there wasn’t one, because my wallet was...

"Motel is somewhat dated but clean and staff very accommodating. "

"The beds were comfortable & Check in staff was very nice! Limited breakfast. Elevator was broken and upstairs smelled like smoke. Our room stayed cool & did not smell in our room. I would stay again. "

"Like the location and surrounding establishments. Did not like the conditions of the room, public restrooms out of order, workout area out of order, carpets stained, trash remaining from previous occupants in room, ceiling holes, bathroom ceiling repair unfinished, bathroom sink falling off the wall, holes in shower ceiling, dirty showerhead, paint chipped doors. We checked out a night earlier and stayed with family on the last night. Will not be going there again."
