The staff was great, but the this property could use some maintenance and upkeep. It was pretty smelly. The bathtub water had a steady stream at all times. The rooms were pretty warm, unable to cool down. A pool area was drained and looked to be used for storage. Again, the staff was very nice, but the property owners could use some investments here.

I booked through Expedia and I have never had a problem booking with anyone even a distance places even in Canada every time I got to a hotel it was the same price I had requested to pay online. I get here and my 542 for three rooms plus $75 charge plus $70 for my pet. I get here and was told that I have to pay 120 basically for each room $75 per room and $75 for my pet and $39 per parking per car and I have two cars total lie total scam they scam people just to make more money who come out of state and leave us Tesla so we are on the search with the newborn baby trying to find a place to stay tonight. You get what you pay for and this is all the money I had saved to make it here.

The front desk folks went above and beyond and so so nice. Had an issue with a Maid, just very inconsiderate. I was caring a medium cooler down the hall, and she started to walk and took up the whole aisle so I could not pass. Had to wait for her to move past me before I could proceed. Then she rolled her eyes (a few times). Another housekeeper saw this interaction and came up to me and asked if she could carry my cooler. (by the way, a bit handicap and walk with a limp). Sad when you co-workers need to adjust to make up for a lack of consideration when working in a service industry.

The hotel needs some work. We checked in put our luggage in our rooms and left. When we came back, we tried to get into one of our rooms and someone else was checked in to it. They checked someone else into our room. The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and the shower was very dirty. This hotel needs a lot of work it is not up to standards.

I did not like the fact that there was a dead body that was a couple rooms down from mine and apparently had been there for days. The smell was awful and it is just ridiculous because we ended of leaving due to the DEAD body and they won't refund me. Absolutely bull crap

I wish I could upload a picture of all of the roaches. We were upgraded into a suite upon arrival because we were there for for work . We found roaches all throughout the first night once we brought it to their attention. The next day we were told that we would have to contact Hotels.com in order to obtain a refund, and Hotels.com contacted them and was told that we would have to contact on Monday to talk to the manager. I’m not pleased with this at all.
