"I only stayed for one night. Ms Oretha was amazing. I came from a concert and she was nothing but understanding to me. Needs a little updating but all in all it was clean and quiet. However a cleaning staff member did wake me up at 9am to ask what time I was leaving when I had plenty of time to leave. So maybe talk to your employees about being considerate to the guests about that. "
