「They tell you there are 2 options for parking. A $50/day parking garage attached to the hotel, or a valet parking that is $50/day. They did tell us there is a parking park age near by that is free, but a walk. The parking garage was free and about a 1 minute walk. So much more convenient and free. 」

「Booked two king beds and was given one king sized bed and a couch. There were bloody boogers smeared on the walls in 5 different spots. Front desk also preferred to help their own staff or answer the phones when I was at the front desk needing assistance.」

「Stayed five nights but only received housekeeping one night. They claim you have to request housekeeping every day」

「The only problem i had was I wanted to know where a good place to eat was. He handed me a paper with restaurants on it but said him and noone else that worked there ate at them. So he couldn't help me out with that. It was a list of about 25 rest.」

「Large clean room, well furnished. Comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. Large screen TV's. Very good shower. Excellent stock of cookware and utensils for the kitchen. Multiple high-speed elevators. Great location with many high-end restaurants nearby. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our only complaint: the luggage carts were in poor condition. They only had 4 carts, should be 8 for that size facility, and one of the two large carts had a broken wheel and would not roll when...

「They did not have an electric car charger. I was told I would have to cancel 72 hours ahead of time. They stuck me in a handicap room and said they could not change it. 」

「The only complaint and its a big NO for me is that the shower was not clean. I will be staying again and I hope this time I get a clean shower. The personal is super nice and helpful it was late and i just showered with my shoes because i was really tired to change rooms.」

「This hotel was amazing. It was about a 25 minute drive from downtown Nashville but also super close to other cute and fun towns. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options—not just a few muffins and juice. It was pet friendly and the staff was so kind. 」

「This is an extremely comfortable, clean, and lovely place to stay minutes outside Nashville, TN. You will find a pool, small but nice gym, and that the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and eager to assist. However, you will find the flatscreen tvs in the room are not smart TVs, therefore no streaming services are available but there is cable channels with crisp picture. Very quiet and close to upscale and well cared for properties, a Publix, Chic-fil-a, and Shell gas station extremely close...
