「Our room was not clean to a standard I would hold Hyatt to. There were stains on the curtains, rug and sofa. The bathroom was horrible. I am glad we only stayed one night. Would not return or recommend. The staff was very polite and accommodating but the property was not as expected or advertised. 」

「Easy check in, rooms were immaculate with comfortable, clean beds, shower had great water pressure. We used this as a stop going and coming during our trip to the Gulf shores and would highly recommend. 」

The room does have the sink located in the main area rather than a fully enclosed bathroom, but it was still a pleasant experience overall—especially since it’s primarily a place to sleep. 「Old, smelled like greasy fried food. Doors at entrance did not open automatically which made it difficult to use the little luggage racks. Tall racks would improve moving luggage. 」

「Only negative was that the room next to us was under construction, so after we checked in late following a cheer competition, we woke up to loud music and construction happening to the room next to us. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean.」
