「The creamer in our room was turning bad, and only two were offered, even after I asked for four creamers to be left. Only four individual tissues were in the bathroom, artfully arranged in the tissue box, but rapidly depleted. Only four? It was arranged that way in the lobby bathroom, as well. The front desk did not have local maps to offer over the three days of our stay. These small tings made the hotel look like it was operating on the "cheap". Facility and staff were lovely.」
