「We were in town for the State Fair and stayed for a few days. The hotel staff were all very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself was gorgeous with a wonderful history (shared by the staff). There was an onsite restaurant, bar and complimentary breakfast & snacks/beverages. If you're looking for a nice, quiet, upscale accommodation, this is a great place. We will definitely return. 」

「Just wanted to say yes although it is a Super 8 and they typically aren’t the best of places to spend time or stay. The Higginsville location supersedes the stereo type. Cleanliness and friendliness was beyond what I could ask for. Housekeeping showed up on time to a tee every day of my stay. And the location is perfect. I’ll definitely stay at this location on my next trip to the state 」

「We booked for my parents when the came into town. Checked in and the room was so heavily perfumed it was choking. The air conditioner front was broken and you could see mold thick and growing in it. My mom has cancer and could not stay there. We immediately checked back out. The front desk said they could not refund us because it was booked by Expedia. Even though I had just paid at the front desk. I called Expedia and they contacted the hotel. I was told they approved the refund and...
