We arrived very late due to a long drive combined with storms.The door was locked but the man at the front desk quickly came and let me in. He had a very friendly and helpful demeanor. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, it was quiet, and we had a great sleep.The room was spotless and decorated minimally and tastefully. There wasn't a lot of shopping/restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but it was just a short drive to find some. We just needed a place to stay on the way to our destination and America's Best Value Inn Knob Knoster met and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay again.

For the price this is a terrific choice!

The manager was extremely nice and very accommodating. The room was clean as well as the bedding and towels. I felt comfortable and safe. For the price it is a very nice Hotel.

Not my first choice.

The lobby smelled like very strong Indian food, the "breakfast" was a joke, stale prepackaged muffins, cereal, but the milk was in a container that had been sitting out for who knows how long. The orange juice in the machine seemed like it had been watered down a lot. Needless to say, we ate out. The room was ok, nothing special, not planning a return visit.

One who purchased the room.

The stay was fine until we were leaving and a lady approached us and said she found three bed bugs in her room. I was quite taken aback by that. I didn't know if she was a disgruntled employee or just wanted her money back. I checked everything when I got home so far no bed bugs.
