Great place to stay if you're biking the Katy Trail. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our group of 12. The rooms are small but clean and the beds comfy.

Very comfy bed. Very clean room and updated bath. Couldn't regulate the minisplit. Blew too cold all night despite efforts to increase warmth so had to shut it off. Seet too small for bed... probably twin flat sheet on full size bed. So we had a cover pulling match all night. Lights are blinding in the bathroom. No plug for coffee maker that I had to request on arrival. Luckily I always bring a short 3-prong extension cord!

We loved staying here and would stay here again. The owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The rooms have been updated with new paint, new mattress, shower, toilet, sink and heater/AC.

We have stayed here numerous times and it always very clean well kept up . Bathroom is small but than who spends much time there. The lady that take care of this facility works very hard to accommodate guests. Ac works really well

We had a lovely stay while visiting relatives. Very clean! Except for the fireworks it was very quiet. April was very helpful! Thank you all. Love that the air conditioner was quiet you didn’t hear it coming on and off. We will be staying here when we come back up.
