The room was very clean and cozy! Very quiet motel. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Sedalia. Lots of places to eat in the area and the fairgrounds are just down the street. My husband I were very pleased.

Worst and most filthy place i ever saw. I wouldn't even let my dog stay in that room You seriously need to take off your site doesn't have any amenities and doesn't look like photos on line.

Room was mostly clean. Place needs some updates and rooms extra lock was broken off. Kinda would of felt better with extra lock since it's right off the highway. No toilet paper when we got there but got a roll pretty easy from person at desk. Beds were pretty comfy felt like we slept pretty good for a motel. The TV reception was good.

Our room did Not have toilet tissue, I had to send my husband to the office to get a roll while I sat there. The room had a strong air freshener smell. The beds were not comfortable, old mattress.

If you keep your expectations low and just need a place with a clean bed, this isn't a horrible property. But even at a budget price, I'm not sure it is worth it. It's fairly clean, but the overall maintenance is poor.

We booked our trip for the state fair. We checked in shortly before midnight. Got to our room, turned on the light and baby bugs scattered everywhere! They were baby ROACHES!! Crawling all over the top of the dresser. Not to mention when we got to the room it was so hot, the air had not been turned on for us. We have never experienced roaches is our hotel before. Needless to say we got the heck out of there! He was nice and gave a refund, but we were stuck with no place to stay at 12:30am in a town we knew nothing about, with our little girl. I never leave bad reviews but if I would have read a review like this, we would have known to book somewhere else!

My stay was awful and I didn’t not stay the whole 3 days, first we requested a non smoking room but the room had been smoked in, the walls had scuffs and some kind of stain on them, the bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since the place opened, there was throw up in the floor and on the side of the box spring, there where bed bugs, the floor door didn’t lock and could easily be opened with out a key card. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a hotel I don’t not recommend

The room was clean, pillows were terrible but bed was ok, no coffee pot, TV only had one channel but had to switch the hdmi in the back to get the one channel and after 20 minutes, it shut off and had to do it all again. The fire alarm was beeping because of low battery. My husband reported it and it was fixed. I left my room in the morning to find that there was empty bottles and bottle caps in front of my car left by someone. No frills here, just a place to stay.
