「Excellent stay」

「Had a great stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and smelt good. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the AC makes a super annoying rattling sound that we couldn’t get to stop.」

「Breakfast wasn’t open till 7:30 Waited 10min for a staff to come to the front desk for check in, with no explanation. Other wise will stay again 」

「The young man at the desk was great and immediately helped replace our non‑working refrigerator. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was clean with nice towels and a coffee maker. That said, the carpet and chair were very old and dirty, and the room had a damp, moldy smell that was hard to ignore. I’d stay again only if the rooms are refreshed and updated.」

「The shower curtain was a ripped up, hair in the tub, no Kleenex, blood stains on pillows the bed was hard as a rock and the room smelled of pine soul and musky. Also the dust along the walls was bad. The room definitely needs deep cleaning. Also the microwave had food splatter. I took pictures」

「We pulled up and were so disappointed in the physical appearance and that the room entrances were outside we didn't stay. I asked for a refund and the staff denied me for a refund. So, it was so bad that I was willing to not stay there even though they required me to pay for it.」

「only one towel was provided in the room. put out bed was absolutely disgusting with stains and still dark wet stain on edge, no working soda machines. air conditional barely put out cold air. only one room key worked, outlets in room were so worn out they would not hold a charger in them and the provided usb charges did not work. toilet paper was so thin you could almost see through it. only cold cereal and a waffle maker were available for the "provided" breakfast.」

「Hotel turns off the AC when you leave and your room will be hot and muggy when you get back. Then when you checkout they will find any reason to charge you for random things. I got charged $10 for a wash cloth. The staircase and hallways smell awful. Sheets did not look clean. Vending machine took our money. The breakfast was lame, and the creamer for your coffee was curdled.」
