Bathroom stool leaked and we had to ask for another room and they did give us one next to ours but was very inconvenient as we had a deadline to leave early that morning. Stayed two nights and that happened our first night. No compensation except new room.

We had a problem with a noisy neighbor blasting tv at 3am. It was so loud that our neighbors on the opposite side started banging on our wall because they could hear it THROUGH our room. Josh at the front desk promised to ask them to turn it down, 1st to call the room (we never heard a call), then to knock on the door - we never heard that either - we firmly believe he did neither. Eventually we called the police. They first called the room (we were able to hear the shrill ring through the tv noise) but there was no response. Then they knocked (we could hear that easily as well) and got the rude neighbor to turn it down. Room was dated but clean - but a useless and/or lying desk staff make this a place to avoid.

Got to our first room, excessive hair on one of the beds, changed to another room, tv had 4 channels, but room was better than the first. Entry area is nice but rooms not so nice.

Comfort Suites have dramatically went down hill. Probably won't stay at another one. Rooms not that clean. Run down building. Main stairs missing step moulding. Tv wouldn't turn on, And paid more to get a better hotel and was disappointed.

Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. The room and bath were clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were quick to help if needed. I really appreciated the fresh lemon water in lobby, as well as the water cooler.

Stay Oct 4-5, one night, booked same day as stay

It was a fantastic stay. Everytime we walked by even into the night, there were atleast 1 or 2 attendants available at the front desk. First time I have ever seen a hotel staffed properly. They were kind and courteous. The lady that answered my call about 11am the morning of checkin/booking was extremely helpful. She was new and informed me immediately that she would call me back after she got the answer that was needed. And she followed through with her promise. I had originally booked for two people in a 2 bed room, but then found out a third person would be joining. They updated my reservation as I could not do so in the app, with it being the same day we were checking in. The only issue we encountered was that our room's ac was not cooling the room to 70 degree, it was warmer than it should have been per my Mother and Aunt (Room 212). Last, I had spilled orange juice on the entry way hard floor and wiped it up. The washcloth I used had a layer of gray on it. If the floor was mopped appropriately (unsure of state of carpet but it appeared clean) and if the AC was working properly, it would have been a perfect stay. I believe the hotel deserves a high rating still as other items in the room appeared clean and the front desk staff and breakfast clean up lady (unsure of title, sorry) were phenomenally nice and helpful. I would book again-to ensure a completely happy stay, please remediate the mentioned issues.Ensure to congratulate the staff mentioned above as they deserve it
