"The staff was all very friendly, the grounds are great for walking/shopping and the restaurants were delicious. The beach and pool were great. Location is perfect. Easy access to the roads to nearby beaches. The only complaint is the elevator in the Rainbow Tower was really annoying. "

"The hotel was excellent with very friendly staff. The facilities were clean outside and inside the room. The restaurants and other amenities were great, the pool was kept cleaned and all organized. I stayed with my daughter and our stay was lovely. The beach access was convenient and the l loved the area. I will definitely come back!!!"

"Every single person we encountered was just the nicest most attentive. That is why we come here every year. From Branden and front desk team to Park and his team at breakfast. To the lovely women in the cleaning crew and the one whose nsme starts with Ch. The hotel is clean and offers a lite breakfast every morning. Rooms are spacious. Great pool and fitness room. Great for families or couples. Super convenient. Parking lot offered for a fee, but very reasonable. Close enough to beach and shopping but also not right on main street where it can be noisy. I know there are a lot of changes going on, but I really hope the things that make this place amazing don't change."

"After 7 days at Kona on the Big Island, we decided to end our trip on Waikiki Beach for 4 days. We chose the Perfect Hotel for us. Shocking how clean everything was - not just our room but also the public areas. We updated to VIP status for a bit more money - definitely worth it. Room with balcony; breakfast buffet every morning with stunning views of Pacific, Beach, and Diamond Head; late daily afternoon drinks (no charge) and light food...using same venue as the Breakfast. Highly recommend.... thinking about returning later this year!"

"We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent, close to shopping and restaurants, with easy beach access. While there is a charge for car parking, which is common for hotels in the area, it was manageable. The only downside for us was that the activities offered were often fully booked, which is understandable but still disappointing. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!"
